“Don’t go!” Karl begged.
“I’ll be back in eight hours,” Theresa replied.
“Eight? No! I can’t be without you that long.”
“Then come with me.”
“You know I can’t do that,” he rattled the chains on his ankles.
“Tough luck! Bye.”
Theresa walked out the door, leaving her helplessly addicted boyfriend crying all night long.
How this story came to be
Addiction is a dangerous thing but it’s also a fetish for many people. They want to feel the craving, the need that overwhelms them completely. I’m not particularly fond except when it comes to writing stories. I wanted to go down that rabbit hole this evening, and so I did. Karl is already broken, don’t you think?
