Follow Your Heart
Ever since his childhood days, the most repeated advice Mark heard was,
“Follow your heart.”
After many tribulations, on the day of his fortieth anniversary, he was finally doing that.
It’s a shame his bloody organ was in the hands of an evil witch and had to obey her every command to get it back.
How this story came to be
Yesterday, I played with the expression “crossing the line” in an improvised piece. Today, I decided to do the same using the “follow your heart” instead. The first draft for this one was missing four words, and things like that are such rare occasions (I usually go overboard and then have to trim them) that I felt I should mention it for future reference. The next time you follow your heart, make sure it’s still beating in your chest.
