Forgotten Things
“Dani, have you seen my keys and wallet?” Michael asked.
“No, sorry,” she replied.
“Damn it!”
He kept looking around the house. Five minutes later, he said,
“I found them.”
“Good. Did you forget anything else?”
“No. See you later.”
“Bye.”
Her entranced husband left the house, unaware he had been naked the whole time.
How this story came to be
Don’t you hate it when you misplace something and can’t find it no matter what? That happened to me today. I spent ten minutes looking for my eyes only to find them in the same place where I usually leave them. The thing is, I looked there and for some reason couldn’t see them before. It was weird but it inspired this piece at least.
