Alex was scared. If he didn’t reach the highest score in one minute, he was done for.
“Come on!” he exclaimed, hitting every button on the controller.
“Too late,” Christine smirked, holding a pocket watch in her right hand. “Your mind is mine.”
“Fuck!” he sobbed. Betting against a hypnotist was always a bad idea.
How this story came to be
Yesterday, I talked a bit about playing competitive games online. I had friends who not only did that but also betted on various things during their matches, some with hilarious results and others not so much. I never did that because I don’t like betting but I was a witness to some crazy shenanigans here and there.
Even if I did bet on things from time to time, one thing I would never do was bet my mind. against a hypnotic woman. How about you?
