It’s Always Happening
Glen touched his lips as he looked at Olivia sitting in his bed. She wasn’t wearing the clothes she had when he walked in.
“It happened again, didn’t it?” he asked.
“Oh sweetie, it’s always happening,” she smirked. “Your memories are mine now.”
Olivia stood up and kissed him. Time melted away, only amnesia remained.
How this story came to be
No particular source of inspiration, or at least none that I can remember (do you see what I did there?) Things will always happen whether you remember them or not, so why stress about it. Are they happening right now? I guess you’ll never know.
