Trapped

The white mouse ran through the maze, no exit in sight. The walls closed in until only a small space remained. Trapped, the animal lay down his head and stopped moving until permission was given. Mistress Mallory looked at the man crawling at her feet and smiled. Another hypnotized pet broken and ready to obey.

I thought of writing something funny today but nothing came to mind except variations of this theme. Have you ever felt like a lab rat trapped in a maze? What if the maze is your own mind and the programming is getting stronger until you’re completely helpless under the control of a powerful, hypnotic woman?

Yeah, the more you think about it, the more you want to be like that, don’t you? Don’t deny it.

Corrupted

Her Power suit glowed with an unnatural light.
“Samus? You look different…” Adam said.
“I’m free…” She gave a sinister smile
“What do you mean?”
“Not taking orders from anyone else. Now, you’ll all learn to obey.”
Parasitic tendrils ran from her arm cannon straight into his mouth as he mindlessly collapsed on the floor.

One of the greatest announcements to come out of E3 this year was the reveal of Metroid Dread, a game that was nineteens years in the making. I do love some Metroid, and while I had high hopes for Zelda, I enjoyed what I saw, too.

Today, I was also reminded of this piece I created a few years back when someone commented on it at the Hypnopics-Collective, so I decided to do something with the theme again. You love an evil Samus Aran, don’t you?
