“Alexandra?”
“Yes, General?”
“It’s Friday, the 13th again!”
“Oh? Are you sure?”
“That’s what my mind keeps telling me.”
“I love the way your mind works.”
“How long is this loop going to last?”
“Until it’s another day, of course.”
“But if the day never changes…”
“Exactly.”
The General looked at the calendar and sighed.
How this story came to be
Had a very busy day today. Work was crazy and at one point I got confused, thinking it was still Friday and not Saturday. It was then that the idea of Alexandra creating a sort of mental loop with her mesmerizing charms came to me. I don’t think General Hayes is getting out of this one anytime soon.
