Fan Mail

The first letter read:
“Your writing is delicious. I wish I could dip you in hot chocolate and have you for dessert.”
Brent laughed.
The second letter read:
“U suck!”
Brent rolled his eyes.
The third letter read:
“Hypnotized slaves obey. Call me now!”
Brent immediately picked up the phone, drool dripping from his lips.

I’ve received a fair amount of fan mail (or should that be fan e-mail?) over the years, some sincere, some flattering, some downright weird. On some occasions, I was so baffled by what I read I had no idea what to write in return so I wrote nothing. I’m grateful for all the messages I’ve received but I prefer the heartfelt exchanges to the ones that seem random/and or downright abusive, obviously.

I wrote this one thinking of those strange moments that caught me off-guard. It wouldn’t be so bad to receive the last one, don’t you think?

A Cup of Trance

“This coffee tastes funny,” Charles said.
“How so?” Anne queried.
“Not sure. It just does.”
“I think it’s never been better.”
“Then why do I feel dizzy? Did you drug it?”
“No, but perhaps you did and don’t remember.”
“Why would I…?”
“You’re quite obedient when entranced.”
His erection grew as he kept on drinking.

So… true story. Perhaps I was just imagining things because I do that a lot but I could have sworn I saw a woman hypnotize a man during my lunch break today. I was idling by the front door of my workplace when this cute couple came walked by, drinking coffee in plastic cups. They stopped a few meters ahead and then she waved her fingers in front of him and the guy literally dropped the coffee cup and his head slumped for a fraction of a second. Afterward, they continued walking as if nothing had happened. I twas bizarre, but also kind of hot, truth be told.

I wrote this piece shortly after. I hope you enjoyed it.

No Objections

“… for their pleasure.” Brian concluded.
“Repeat out loud what you just wrote,” Allison commanded.
“Women are living Goddesses and men are mindless toys for their pleasure.”
“Any complaints?”
“Why would there be if it’s true?”
“Then share this message in all your social media right now.”
He did. She smiled. Hypnotic conditioning was the best.

Despite being the first of my two days off, I was busy most of the day, leaving me with little time to update the site. My mother’s birthday is tomorrow, you see, and I wanted to get a surprise or two going. This was an impromptu written sometime during the afternoon when I sat down to grab a bite, notebook in hand.

If you believe this to be true, you should post it on your social media as well the moment you finish reading it. Doesn’t that sound like a plan?
