Her Toy
Alan couldn’t stop clucking.
“I’m not your toy,” he gasped but still deeply hypnotized.
“The fact that you’re having such a hard time speaking says otherwise, stupid boy,” Lana laughed.
“Eurovision is bad for you,” he gasped again.
“I think it’s simply wonderful,” she played the winning song again. He will be her toy forever.
Last year, my country won Eurovision for the first time. This year, we got to host the event and ended up in last place which is ironic to say the least. Anyway, it was a fun spectacle and Israel won. I wasn’t rooting for it, truth be told, because the Estonian piece was much more to my liking but the lyrics are somewhat entertaining at least. I used them as a basis for this one. When it comes to what I wrote, believe me Alan will learn to enjoy it all even if he has to cluck like a chicken every single day.
Play Balls
“You’re playing Dead or Alive Xtreme Beach Volleyball? Seriously?” Mandy asked.
“It’s a good game,” Luke shrugged.
“So it’s got nothing to do with having scantily-clad digital babes?”
“Hmmm…”
“And their bouncing tits aren’t hypnotic at all?”
“Well…”
“Can I play?” She snapped her fingers.
“I guess…”
She played happily with his aching, hypnotized balls.
Before you ask, no, I never played this one but if I had, I would have no problem admitting it. Yeah, there’s gratuitous titillation galore but it’s just a game and there’s plenty of worse things out there. Some folks get offended by seeing digital boobs and whatnot, I usually just laugh.
You may have recognized the names in this one. Yes, it’s Mandy Walker and her brother again. Just recently, they played a game of pinball and now they’re at it again. Of course, with her being a Hypnodomme and all, the games they play usually end up being a little different than expected but he’s already used to it because he has no choice but to be. A longer piece about her and her (mis)adventures is something I’ve been considering as I develop these little snippets. Should it come to fruition, you’ll read it first here on Spell… B-O-U-N-D.
Candles
Ten candles in the room.
Nine of them are lit.
Eight smell like cinnamon.
Seven begin to drip.
Six will possibly break.
Five will be replaced.
Four appear blurry now.
Three burn your thoughts away.
Two have your eyes firmly glazed.
One was never a candle.
Stop squirming, pet, this is not going to hurt.
I like writing countdown pieces. They’re easy and entertaining. Yesterday, I was reminded of one of my favorite ones and the numbers stuck around. The only problem with countdown pieces is how to make them stand out from one another given that the overall premise is the same.
I chose a simple object this time around. Even though my sense of smell is quite reduced, I use candles around the house to clear out unwanted odors. I had a box of ten under the bed, took out one and then the words started to come out. However, I have to be honest and say I had no idea how I was going to finish it. That’s when the line “One was never a candle” came to mind because erotic hypnosis involves a lot of smoke and mirrors and many things aren’t what they appear to be at first glance. I hope you enjoyed this little twist.
I Don’t Like…
“I don’t like being hypnotized,” Jim muttered.
“That’s not what you said last night,” Alicia remarked.
“I don’t remember what I said.”
“You said you love being hypnotized and that if you were ever to say you didn’t like it, I should just do it again.”
“Really?”
“Yes, dear.”
“I don’t like being hypnotized.”
“Good.”
Confusion is… confusing. A little bit is okay and it can actually be quite fun to try to piece things together but, if things get out of hand, it can bring about unintended consequences. People react to hypnotic confusion in very different ways. Some bounce off it very quickly, others take a while to “reboot” their brains so to speak and, even then, some lingering traits can remain.
Luckily, in today’s piece, one doesn’t have to worry about stuff like that as it was written mostly for the laughs. This was an impromptu that sprung from the sentence “I don’t like to be hypnotized”. I wrote the first thing that came to mind and the first thing happened to be this, I guess. What about you? Do you like being hypnotized?
