“Alexandra?”
“Yes, General?”
“Did you mess with my mind today?”
“No. Why do you ask?”
“I can’t stop thinking about giving you an extra month of vacation this year.”
“Ah… yes! Mea culpa,” she giggled.
“But you just said you didn’t mess with my mind!”
“Today. I planted the suggestion last week.”
The General sighed.
How this story came to be
Quick nocturnal impromptu. I had trouble logging it to the site today, and I was getting a little frustrated because of it. Since Alexandra is always a fun character to write, I chose her to be the protagonist of yet another one of these snippets. Don’t you love it when she’s right and gets what she wants?
