No Joke

Dustin could never tell when people were joking or being serious, so when Trudy, a friend of his sister came to him and said, “Hi. I’m going to hypnotize you and turn you into my obedient dog!”, he laughed.
He only barks now, and that’s no joke. The pink collar looks great on him too.

How this story came to be

I’m tired. I didn’t get much sleep last night and woke up with a massive headache that’s been with me all day. The idea for this one came to me as I watched my pets sleeping on the sofa. I think I’m going to imitate them and hit the sack to recover my strength and see if this bloody pain goes away.
