Eric was a patriot. Every time he saw the American flag, he would stand up, touch his heart, and sing the anthem.
Glancing at Maeve’s computer, the flag flashed on the screen, but the stars moved, the stripes changed colors, and subliminal commands danced in the periphery.
“Kneeling is better,” he thought, hypnotized to obey.
How this story came to be
Unlike what happens in the States, you don’t usually see a lot of flags around here. However, today was the exception. For some reason, I saw dozens of them hanging outside a building as I was walking my dog. I’m not sure why and I don’t think I’ll ever know but that got me thinking about using a flag as a mind control trigger. I’ve played with certain imagery in the past where that happens and now I did it again. Not a bad way to go under, don’t you think?
