Sick
“Judy, I don’t feel too good,” Melissa said.
“That’s because you’re burning up, sweetie,” her best friend replied, checking the thermometer. “102ºF. Things are not looking great.”
“What? That can’t be!” Melissa slurred, flailing her arms on the sofa. “I was fine just now.”
“We’re always fine before we get sick, but don’t worry. I’ll take good care of you.”
“No, I need to go home. My family…”
“… can wait. I already called them, saying you fell ill. Once the fever breaks down a bit, I’ll drive you home myself but not sooner, okay? I need you to trust me on this.”
Melissa nodded. She trusted her since the day they had met, almost a decade ago. Judy was the nerdy, librarian-type girl who always got good grades while Melissa paraded the beauty of her teenage years in beauty pageants and occasional cheerleading activities. Wrongful detention had set them on the same path, giving rise to a strong friendship that had resisted many turbulent days.
“Good girl,” Judy said. “Now, wait there a minute. “The tea is almost ready.”
“Tea?” Melissa repeated, the distant whizz of the teapot making her head spin. She didn’t remember Judy mentioning it before. Then again, she didn’t remember coming to her apartment either.
“Yes. It’s an old recipe from my grandmother,” Judy replied as she headed to the kitchen. “You remember dear Gina, right?”
“Hmm…” Melissa snuggled against the red sofa seats. Gina, twin sister of Tina, a brilliant botanist in her day that a nosy priest was convinced was also a witch. Her home medicine was unrivaled, capable of curing the most damned of afflictions with surprising ease. Suddenly, the sick young woman realized she was in very good hands.
Melissa closed her eyes and when she opened them again, Judy was already by her side again, hot cup in hand. “Be a dear and open your mouth for me, okay?” she asked.
Melissa could barely move. Her parched lips reached for the savory liquid and a wave of bliss slid down her aching throat. Still, her doubts remained. When had she gotten there? It didn’t make any sense.
“Drink it all, dear. In a couple of minutes, you’ll be as good as new,” Judy said.
Melissa stared at her friend. With her dark red hair and dark blue eyes, she had always been a real beauty who constantly hid her true self behind baggy clothes but with time she had become even more attractive, like one of the Fair Folk, sprung from old tales to bewitch her.
“Feeling better?” Judy asked.
“Hot,” Melissa pursed her lips.
“What’s that?”
“You’re so hot and I’m so fucking horny. God, what’s happening to me?”
“You were sick, and now you’re improving, The concoction I gave you has a few side effects but the best part is you won’t remember a thing,” Judy removed her purple tank top, revealing her wonderfully round breasts. “Do you want them?”
“Hmmm, yes… let me suck them, please!” Melissa licked the top left corner of her mouth.
“You’ll need to say the magic word first.”
“I don’t know what that is.”
“Sure you do. After all, it’s not the first time you got sick while visiting me, hun. Go on.”
“Mistress…” Melissa muttered, a flood of mesmerizing memories surging through her brain. “Please, Mistress. I need it so badly!”
“Perfect,” Judy offered her left boob first. Her pet would do a good job worshiping it as always.
