Daniel squinted when he entered the bedroom. An amalgamation of hypnotized arms, legs, and tongues was waiting for him. He looked angrily at Sarah and said,
“A fucking orgy? Really?”
“It’s not an orgy, but a work of art. Something’s missing, though,” she replied.
“What?”
“You.”
She snapped her fingers and he joined the fun.

Have you ever arrived home to something completely unexpected, a surprise you wish hadn’t come true? I can’t say I have, but sometimes I think about and how I would react if that were the case. Surprises usually backfire because I love my peace and quiet above all else, but…
