Wild Party
Richard opened his eyes to find himself inside a giant cage, a collar around his neck.
“Yesterday’s Christmas party must have been wild,” he muttered.
“Something like that…” Angela smirked, calendar in hand.
“December 25th, 2025? What the…?”
“Sleep!” she commanded.
The party will still be going ten years from now. Not that he’ll remember.
How this story came to be
How was your Christmas day? I hope it was good. Mine was spent mostly resting as I recover from my viral gastroenteritis. I watched a movie, read a bit, and slept. While sleeping, I had a weird dream involving a Christmas party that ended like this and then wrote this. Would you enjoy something like this or is it too extreme for you?
