You’ll Have to Wait
Walter stood in the bedroom, trying to move. If one looked hard enough, one could almost see his lips locked in a desperate “please”.
“Sorry, I can’t remember the trigger to get you unstuck,” Maude yawned. “You’ll have to wait while I get my beauty sleep. Good night!”
A single tear rolled down his cheek.
How this story came to be
I had a really weird dream last night. I was a park statue in it, but not really. My mind had been warped to believe that and I couldn’t move no matter how much I tried. All the women that walked by knew of my predicament and were always snapping their fingers to reinforce my humiliating state, keeping me forever trapped like that.
I honestly don’t know where that dream came from because none of it is remotely appealing to me. I thought of writing today’s piece exactly as I dreamed it, but did something different even if I kept the human statue angle. Don’t you hate when dommes forget things like this?
